The 8-hour mandatory training modules are government-required occupational safety and health seminars for workers in the Philippines, designed to equip employees with essential knowledge to prevent workplace hazards and ensure compliance with RA 11058.

The training is mandated under Republic Act No. 11058 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations in Department Order No. 198-18, which require all private sector workers—including regular, probationary, casual, project-based, and seasonal employees—to complete an 8-hour safety and health seminar before or at the start of employment. Employers are responsible for ensuring compliance, and failure to provide the training can result in fines ranging from ₱20,000 to ₱100,000 per violation.

Machine safety learning module is an overview on the proper and safe use of machines to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage in the workplace. It involves identifying machine hazards, using safety guards and protective devices, following safe work procedures, and ensuring that operators are properly trained. Practicing machine safety helps protect employees from risks such as cuts, burns, crushing, entanglement, and electrical hazards while promoting a safer and more productive work environment.

Basic Electrical Safety provides an introduction to the safe use of electricity in the workplace or at home. Its goal is to raise awareness, prevent accidents, and promote a culture of safety by helping individuals recognize hazards and follow basic electrical safety guidelines.

This onboarding program is designed to provide newly hired employees with a structured and comprehensive introduction to the organization. The course begins with a welcome message from the CEO, followed by an overview of the company profile, mission, vision, values, and organizational culture.

Participants will undergo orientation modules presented by key departments, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting, Logistics, Production, Audit, and Procurement. Each module is intended to familiarize new employees with departmental functions, policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.

To ensure learning effectiveness, knowledge assessments are incorporated after every department orientation. These assessments will measure understanding and reinforce critical information necessary for successful role integration.

Upon completion of this course, new hires will have a clear understanding of company standards, internal processes, and their responsibilities within the organization. This program aims to support employee engagement, compliance, and a smooth transition into the workplace.
